Security deposit: £250 Payment Terms Booking is confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the total rent payable. This is non returnable. The 70% rental balance and security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of stay. If booking is made within 8 weeks of rental period, then all sums are due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (bank details available on booking form) or by sterling cheque. Credit card payments can be made via Paypal. Details available upon request. Booking is confirmed and invoice issued when payments have cleared.
